Liberty Estates Community

Profile of Liberty Estates:

Liberty Estates is a condominium community of seventy-two single-family townhouses in Uxbridge, Massachusetts in the Blackstone River Valley. The townhouses are located on 28-plus wooded acres and are situated to create an old New England style village. Our community is close to the center of Uxbridge and to all major highways, shopping centers, restaurants, banks, health care facilities, and universities.  Liberty Estates is located on what is known as "Quarry Hill," so named because of an old granite quarry (Blanchard Quarry ) that was located at the top of the hill. (Quarry Video)  The granite was used in Boston and New York City, and rumor has it that some of the granite was also used to construct the base of the Statue of Liberty.  Hence the origin of the name “Liberty Estates.” The Liberty Estates Homeowners Association is governed by an elected Board of Trustees and is managed by R&R Realty Management, LLC.  Our community is uniquely designed with eight cul-de-sac lanes and courts. There are three different styles of townhouses in Liberty Estates, and they are integrated into clusters of  2, 3, and 4 units to provide a more individualistic and unique appearance to the community.  The townhouses are spread out among 6 Courts and 2 Lanes, intertwined with open space consisting of lawns and natural environments.  The community layout can be viewed using the link below.  The homeowners own their townhouses as well as an undivided interest in the common elements of the community.
Trash and Recycling

Trash pick-up is every week on Thursday and Recycling pick-up is on every other Thursday.   On weeks in which there is a legal holiday, the pick-up is pushed back a day.  Click the link below to view the pick-up schedule.
